As Christina has been on a journey of reclaiming her voice, she’s found it surfacing in ceremony and energy work sessions more and more through sound. Through working with crystal singing bowls and her voice, she’s experienced how deeply sound can move through the body and what it can invite to open in others.
As Christina and Jamie have been playing and basking in the sound of the singing bowls at home, they realized they want to offer this to their community! A place for people to gather, share anything on their mind, and connect.
Jamie will lead a brief meditation that will flow into a sound healing with singing bowls and voice. All those are welcome to simply receive or join in using their voice as well.
Donations are welcomed, but by no means necessary.

The Sacred Heart: Cacao & Shamanic Healing Ceremony
Friday, December 18th, 2026 • 6:30 pm–8:30 pm • Revive Wellness, 232 Main Street, Gloucester, MA
Join Christina and Jamie for a sacred gathering rooted in their shared devotion to plant medicine. They are honored to work alongside this plant ally in a gathering centered on meditation and Shamanic energy healing.
They will begin by sharing ceremonial Cacao, a plant traditionally honored for its connection to the heart and its role in communal ritual. Through guided meditation led by Jamie, you will be invited to arrive fully in the present moment, turning inward.
Christina will then guide the group through Shamanic drumming, creating space for deeper awareness of what is ready to be acknowledged, released, or welcomed in.
This ceremony is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of intention and deepening connect within yourself.
Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to receive. No previous experience with Cacao, meditation, or energy healing is necessary. Simply experience the beauty of healing in community.

Christina and Jamie have been dreaming up a special daytime NYE ceremony to close out 2026 and consciously enter the new year.
They are feeling into the possibility of gathering in ceremony during the day on New Year’s Eve, creating a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, release, and intentionally step into the new year together.
